运用系统论优化语文教学能力培养

Critical Religious Education (CRE) in practice: evaluating the reception of an introductory scheme of work

Critical Religious Education (CRE) is a contemporary pedagogy of religious education developed by Andrew Wright and various colleagues over the past two decades. There has been widespread academic discourse about the pedagogy in theory but increasingly commentators have called for examples of it in practice. Over the past seven years a writing group associated with The Forum of Religious and Spiritual Education at King’s College London have been developing practical materials aimed at supporting teachers in embedding the pedagogy in practice. Of particular relevance to this paper is the development of an introductory scheme of work, aimed at year 7 students, which has been trialled in a number of schools in and around London. In 2013, focus group interviews took place in four of these schools in order to ascertain the reception that the materials had received. The data suggests a very positive response to the introductory scheme of work and the CRE approach in general, partially dispelling some criticisms levelled at it in academic discourse. The author has thus suggested that the approach and the work of the writing group need further exposure, especially in schools, at conferences and on initial teacher education programmes.  相似文献

Public health emergencies and school attendance: What the Ebola crisis can teach us about the coming post-COVID education landscape

Using nine Demographic and Health Surveys for the three West African countries affected by the 2013−16 Ebola epidemic, this study applies a district-level interrupted time series (ITS) design to explore the longer-term impacts of the epidemic on school attendance. It shows that, about three to four years after the crisis, attendance has returned to the long-term trend regardless of the difference in Ebola virus disease prevalence among districts. The study also shows no discernable effect on the attendance trends for children from vulnerable backgrounds. However, it suggests further areas for examination and study. This includes migration patterns, the investment of emergency relief and overseas development aid between regions, the possible role of orphan status and early marriage (for girls) as vectors for the effect of the EVD crisis on educational outcomes and learnings losses for children who were out of school for up to an entire school year.  相似文献

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》是对我国教育发展具有重要引领作用的政策文件,通过对其颁布十年以来关于终身教育体系构建的政策梳理,发现我国终身教育体系在政策推进上取得了瞩目成就,但同时也存在构建终身教育体系的专项政策和法律缺失、构建终身教育体系政策的制定出现断层、“终身教育体系”与“国民教育体系”并存的问题。基于此,提出建议:加速推动终身教育立法、加强构建我国终身教育体系政策的顶层设计与底层跟进、加快构建终身教育体系。  相似文献   

防疫期间教师信息化教学能力培训的策略分析——基于28所职业院校的案例

根据“停课不停学”要求,职业院校纷纷开展春季学期在线教学。为探究职业院校教师培训的现状、特征及对策,文章采用质性研究的扎根理论取向的研究方法,对28所职业院校的在线教学调整方案或在线教学质量报告与相关新闻报道等进行了编码分析,从方案与规划、内容与形式、支持与保障、效果与评价四个维度对职教教师培训现状及特征进行分析。研究发现,疫情期间职业院校出台的方案多属于临时性、应急性文件,培训的层次较为初级,欠缺系统的方案与规划;培训内容覆盖面广,偏重在线教学技术;院校鼓励全员参与培训并对线上教学能力薄弱的教师进行重点帮扶;以校内常设培训部门为工作主体、非常设工作组为主导,与校外教育类科技公司深度合作,积极赋能教师自我培训;培训效果以学分认证及在线课程开设为主。研究者根据疫情期间教师线上培训的特征,尝试建立职教教师信息化教学能力培训的策略模型,希望为日后职业院校教师培训工作提供参考。  相似文献
